Four Seasons Hot Pot

We went out with to dinner with Carey and Sheryl tonight and wanted to try a new chinese restaurant. It was nothing I've ever experienced. We got some soup (broth) on a "hot pot" right on our table that boiled right in front of us. At this buffet table we gathered our veges and meat to cook right in front of us. The boys enjoyed a hot and spicy soup while we enjoyed a more mild broth. I really enjoyed the fish and the zuchinni and noodles. It was really good food and such a fun experience! I recommend it to all! This is located right on East University between 2nd and 3rd North in provo...if you sneeze you could miss it.

You can see the pot is divided into two sections. You just put the raw meat into the hot soup, cover let boil for a few minutes and eat! Everything was soooo fresh.
