Here is how you ask a girl to Prom like Christian and Jens:
1. Go to Build-a-Bear
2. Pick out an animal that you like preferably one that isn't too expensive because mom is fitting the bill and the voice sound is quite pricey.
3. Get a voice button
4. Spend a whole HOUR in the back of the store (less noise) with your brother laughing and recording and re-recording a message to put in your bear.
5. Finally record a message and finish "making" your bear.
6. Stand and watch and be really embarassed when the worker girl asks you to rub the heart in your hands, put the heart close to your heart, kiss the heart and then put the heart inside the bear to give it life.
7. Pick out a tux, sun glasses, and boxers for your bear
8. Go to the "dressing" area and dress your bear in front of a mirror so everyone in the store can see you playing with stuffed animals.
9. Pick out a name for your bear
10. Pay for the bear.
11. The best part: Walk the rest of the LONG way to the car carrying a Build a Bear home (a box with door cutout, windows, and a convienent handle that "houses" your new bear). Both boys asked if I would carry it to the car. Are you kidding? I relished this!
I wished I would have taken my camera but didn't think this would be that funny. Needless to say I had to visit the potty at least twice. I did take some phone pictures but can't figure out a way to transfer.
